How long does it take to ship and deliver my order?

Orders are prepared and dispatched by our logistics partner in Annecy. Once validated, your order will be transferred overnight to be processed and prepared the next day (Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays), unless there are any unforeseen circumstances. Once orders have been prepared, they are handed over to the carrier (DPD or Colissimo – choice made at the time of ordering). Delivery times in mainland France can vary from 1 to 3 working days from the day the order is dispatched (when the parcel is handed over to the carrier). Please expect an average delivery time of 2 to 5 days (not guaranteed) from the time your order is confirmed on our website (confirmation email). For the rest of Europe, delivery times may be longer. Please note that weather, public holidays, busy periods and incorrect delivery information may delay the delivery of your order.

What are the delivery costs?

We have decided to offer order preparation and free delivery, with no minimum order size.

Which service providers do you use?

We have been working for several years with DPD Predict for metropolitan France. This service enables you to specify your delivery slot by SMS, or choose a pick-up point. We use Colissimo (and its partners) for the rest of Europe.

To which countries do you deliver?

We only deliver to the following countries in Europe: France, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Why can't I have my order delivered to Switzerland, England, Norway and outside Europe?

For administrative and regulatory reasons, we only deliver to countries in the Euro zone. It is therefore impossible to order from our site for delivery to Switzerland, England, Norway and the rest of the world. We have a few online retailers (E-shops) who sell and deliver to Switzerland and England. Don’t hesitate to check with them.

How can I track my shipment?

When your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you an email with the tracking information for your package. You’ll also receive a text message or email from the carrier, enabling you to set a more precise delivery slot, or request a pick-up at a relay point (DPD Predict).

I haven't heard from my delivery. What should I do?

As indicated in the answer regarding delivery delays, your order may take several days to be delivered. With DPD Predict, you receive an SMS from the carrier as soon as your parcel is delivered. In the case, the carrier can’t deliver your parcel, we receive an “awaiting delivery notice” and contact you by telephone to obtain additional information (door code, additional or corrected address, etc.) and request a new delivery.

Please do not confuse carriers and MeroMero. We don’t deliver! If you have a delivery problem, please contact the delivery person first. However, if you need any help, please do not hesitate to contact us via the form on and we will find a solution.

I have not received my parcel and it has been returned to your warehouse. What should I do?

Packages may be returned to the warehouse for a number of reasons: unsuccessful delivery attempts, missing information or carrier errors. If we receive a return package, we will contact you in order to resend it or offer a refund.

I never received my parcel. What should I do?

In rare cases, the parcel may have been lost or blocked at the delivery company. In this case, don’t wait too long and contact us via the form to open a claim. We’ll get your order back to you as soon as possible.
