What is the delivery time?
Delivery times in mainland France can vary from 1 to 3 working days from the day the order is dispatched. Please count on an average delivery time of 2 to 5 days (not guaranteed) from the validation of your online order. For the rest of Europe, delivery times may be longer. Please note that weather, public holidays, busy periods and incorrect delivery information may delay the delivery of your order. I would like to return all or just part of my order. What is the procedure?
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. To do so, simply follow the returns procedure.
Can I exchange my product?
We cannot offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, you must return it (at your expense) for restocking and refund (same procedure as a cancellation) and place a new order. See the returns procedure.
How can I repair my product?
