Returns.

Did you choose the wrong color or is the product not suitable for you? Don’t panic, you have a legal grace period of 14 days (after receiving your order) to return the product to us.

For returns, please follow this procedure:

Fill the online return form within 14 days of receiving your order wait to receive our confirmation by email and the return number to include with the package. Return the product (at your expense) within 14 days of submitting the returns form, the refund will only take effect if the returned products are perfectly new (unused, unwashed, no damaged or wear), in their original packaging and with the labels still attached. We need to be able to place your returned product back into our inventory and sell it as new.

Repairs.

All MeroMero products are repairable, whether they are still under warranty or not. To do this, please fill out this form to open an after-sales service ticket. More info on repairing MeroMero bags.
