Preparation of orders.

Orders are prepared and shipped by our logistics partner in Annecy. Once validated, your order will be transferred at D+1 (the next day at 5am) to be processed and prepared the next day (only from Monday to Friday and excluding holidays) and unforeseen events.

Shipping & delivery times.

Once the orders are prepared they are sent by the DPD Predict or Colissimo service (chosen at the time of the order) of the La Poste group. Delivery times in Metropolitan France can vary from 2 to 3 working days from the day the order is shipped. Count on an average delay of 3 to 5 days from the validation of your order. For the rest of Europe, delivery times may be longer.

Shipping costs.

Before we used to ask for a contribution to the costs of logistics, order preparation and delivery, however we decided to offer delivery with no minimum order, throughout Europe. If the country is not proposed in the list when ordering, please contact us to ask for a quote.

Free pickup in Annecy.

You can also come and pick up your order at our warehouse located just outside Annecy, France. The choice is yours when selecting a delivery option.
