My order step by step

  1. As soon as you have made your payment online, the order is validated on our side. You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and invoice. Didn’t receive anything? Check your spam folder or contact us via the form.
  2. Once your order has been confirmed, we cannot cancel or modify it. So please be careful with the information you provide (correct email address, complete delivery address, etc.). Your order is automatically entered into our system and sent to our warehouse overnight.
  3. Your order will then be prepared and packed the next day (D+1).
  4. Once your order is ready, it is handed over to the carrier. You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number at the end of the day.
  5. The delivery company will keep you informed of the status of your delivery by email and/or SMS (DPD Predict). Please respond to messages and calls from the carrier. Is your order late? Track your delivery on the link sent to you by email and/or contact the carrier directly. If you have any worries, don’t hesitate to contact us, and don’t wait until the last minute – we’ll always find a solution.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can order as a guest. However, if you don’t create an account, you won’t have access to your order history.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately no, it is impossible to cancel or modify a validated order, as it is automatically sent to our warehouse. You’ll have to wait until you receive it, and then send it back to us (at your expense) under your right of withdrawal.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has left our warehouse (D+1), we’ll send you an e-mail with your tracking information. You will then be contacted by the carrier to fine-tune the delivery (DPD Predict). You’ll be asked to confirm a delivery time slot by sms, or to request delivery to a relay point.

I haven't received an order confirmation e-mail. Is this normal?

An order is validated on our side as soon as the payment has been confirmed by your bank (3D Secure). You will then automatically receive a confirmation email with your order number and invoice. If you haven’t received anything, first check your spam folder. If you still haven’t received anything, the email you entered may be invalid (typing error). In this case, please contact us (form link) to check the status of your order.

Where can I find my order number?

You will find it in your order confirmation email or by logging into your account.

How is VAT calculated?

New regulations oblige us to apply the VAT of the country of delivery, which differs from one country to another. The prices displayed on our site are therefore inclusive of all taxes, except when you are connecting from a country to which we do not deliver (Switzerland, Norway, England… and other countries outside of European Zone).

Which payment methods are accepted on your website?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards, as well as Paypal.

Is my payment secure?

Yes, we use the “3D Secure” system, which requires authentication on your part at the time of payment.

I need an invoice. Where can I find it?

The invoice is sent automatically (in pdf format) as an attachment to the order confirmation email.
