    Take care of your bag! Scrub lightly and then rinse with warm soapy water as soon as you see a stain. Avoid machine washing since it may degrade the leather.

    Eco-designed in Annecy : our products are designed to last for years and go with you on all your adventures as parents, backpackers, photographers, cyclists, employees, students ...

    Recycled and/or eco-friendly materials : tough, abrasion-resistant, Bluesign® certified recycled nylon. PFC-free water-repellent finish. OekoTex® certified, chromium and phthalate-free vegetable-tanned leather. All materials comply with European REACH regulations.

    Responsible manufacturing : we have been working for years with a Japanese partner in Vietnam who specializes in technical products (safety harnesses, paraglider wings, and backpacks).

    “Lower” impact transportation : we choose to ship all our products by boat to Fos-sur-Mer, France, then by barge along the Rhône River, and then by truck for the few remaining kilometers to our warehouse in Annecy.

    Storage and preparation of "local" orders : at a logistics center in Annecy.

    Reusable packaging possible : for sending your order (depending on the size). But you have to play the game and remember to return the cover (prepaid).

    Sending your order is carbon neutral : through Colissimo or DPD.

    Repairs and reconditioning : we work with Green Wolf, a repair center near Chamonix, to repair our products. All returns (that are not repaired and sent back to you) through customer service are reconditioned and then placed back on our website for purchase (when there are any!).

    Recyclable : recycled nylon can be recycled over and over (and over) again. But if at some point your MeroMero bag is no longer usable (or reparable) don't throw it away, we will recycle it. Contact us and we'll explain what to do.

    Order preparation : these bags are shipped by our logistics partner in Annecy, France. Orders are sent by Colissimo or DPD Predict shipping services (choose when placing your order) through La Poste, France's postal service. You also have the option of swinging by our warehouse located along the outskirts of Annecy (in Epagny) to pick up your order.

    Delivery times in metropolitan France : this varies from 1 to 3 working days from the day the order is shipped (1 day after placing your order).

    Shipping costs : shipping costs depend on the weight of the product (for free if you come by our warehouse). We work with Colissimo and DPD predict, two carbon-neutral delivery services.

    Packaging : we pack all of our products in a protective plastic bag. While we are currently working reducing the use of these "polybags", or even finding an alternative. That written, we have set up a system of reusable packaging that you need to return to us (at our expense). We simply ask that you make the symbolic contribution of € 1 per order.

    Returns policy : you have 14-day grace period (after receiving your order) to return the product to us new and in its original packaging. For more info on your legal right to return a product, please visit the Customer Service page.
