Responsible manufacturing : we have been working for years with a Japanese partner in Vietnam who specializes in technical products (safety harnesses, paraglider wings, and backpacks).

“Lower” impact transportation : we choose to ship all our products by boat to Fos-sur-Mer, France, then by barge along the Rhône River, and then by truck for the few remaining kilometers to our warehouse in Annecy.

Storage and preparation of "local" orders : at a logistics center in Annecy.

Sending your order is carbon neutral : through Colissimo or DPD.

Repairs and reconditioning: we work with Green Wolf, a repair center near Chamonix, to repair our products. All returns through customer service are reconditioned and then placed back on our website for purchase (when there are any!).

Recyclable : Do not throw your MeroMero bag in the trash! Contact us when it reaches the end of its life cycle and we'll explain what to do.

Order preparation : bags are shipped by our logistics partner in Annecy, France. Orders are sent by Colissimo or DPD Predict shipping services (choose when placing your order) through La Poste, France's postal service. You also have the option of coming by our offices in Annecy to pick up your order.

Delivery times in metropolitan France : this varies from 2 to 3 working days from the day the order is shipped (1 day after placing your order).

Shipping costs : €5 to €10 (Colissimo or DPD Predict) depending on the weight of the product (or free if you come by the office).

Returns policy : you have 14-day grace period (after receiving your order) to return the product to us new and in its original packaging.

I use the Cham Pocket as a wallet. I love its retro-style squeeze-top opening (like the old glasses cases). And the little carabiner is really practical, so I clip it into place it in my van and know exactly where it is at all times!
