Sie ist diejenige, die die Produkte erfindet, entwirft und entwickelt, die die Produktion (und alle ihre Sorgen) verwaltet, sich um den Verkauf k\u00fcmmert, Fotoshootings improvisiert, die Tutorials filmt und bearbeitet, um Finanzierung bittet und tausend weitere Sachen erledigt. Zuvor arbeitete H\u00e9l\u00e8ne viele Jahre bei Patagonia Europe im Marketing. Sie war au\u00dferdem Pressesprecherin, Webberaterin, freiberufliche Autorin, Skilehrerin &#8230;&#8230; und hat eine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Berge, Skifahren, Radfahren und Rucks\u00e4cke&#8230;und ach ja, sie ist au\u00dferdem Mutter von zwei kleinen Drachen.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20366&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>SUSI.<\/h3>\n<p>Globale Strategie, Marketing und Events\u2026 Sie k\u00fcmmert sich haupts\u00e4chlich um die coolen Sachen bei MeroMero und um den deutschsprachigen Markt. Sie verl\u00e4sst M\u00fcnchen, um in Freiburg zu leben, &#8220;um n\u00e4her am Meer zu sein&#8221; und wieder n\u00e4her an Annecy, wo sie lebte, bevor sie ihre beiden Jungen bekam. Susi arbeitete im Produktmarketing f\u00fcr Patagonia Europe (wo sie H\u00e9l\u00e8ne kennenlernte) und f\u00fcr Oakley. Als Liebhaber f\u00fcr alte Technologien, liebt er au\u00dferdem Sport (ehemaliger Skifahrer) und Reisen. Ihre Mission ist einfach: den Vertrieb in Frankreich aufbauen. Aber nicht egal wie\u2026 Diese Pariser, modebegeistert und in Bordeaux lebend, haben sich auf den Vertrieb von Marken spezialisiert, &#8221; die einen Mehrwert stiften und einen gut durchdachten Nachhaltigkeits-Ansatz verfolgen\u201c. Mariia ist leidenschaftlich an Mode interessiert und in Kiew (Kiew) geboren und aufgewachsen, bevor sie nach Polen, Schweden und Italien ging, um dort zu studieren und zu arbeiten. Verliebt und im Lockdown zog sie nach Haute-Savoie, wo sie (perfekt) Franz\u00f6sisch lernte und die Freuden der Berge entdeckte&#8230;aber immer mit gro\u00dfem Stil![\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20348&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>DAPHN\u00c9.<\/h3>\n<p>Sie ist viel mehr als nur eine Verkaufsassistentin, sie ist H\u00e9l\u00e8nes rechter Arm in \u201eVerwaltung und Buchhaltung\u201c. Es ist daher Daphne, die die Vorbestellungen eingibt, sich um die Lagerbest\u00e4nde k\u00fcmmert, die Kundenrechnungen bearbeitet und die der Lieferanten registriert, die Mehrwertsteuer deklariert, die Konten abgleicht, und alle Dokumente vorbereitet, um alles rechtzeitig zum Buchhalter zu \u00fcbermitteln! Sie ist Kost\u00fcmbildnerin, Stylistin, Modellbauerin und superorganisiert&#8230; Aleks unterst\u00fctzt uns bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und vor allem bei der Optimierung aller Prozesse (After-Sales-Service, Produktion, allgemeine Organisation, etc.). Im Jahr 2014 lernte sie H\u00e9l\u00e8ne bei der Firma Millet\/Eider kennen. Und da sie einen Totenkopfring, eine gro\u00dfe, blaue &#8220;Klein&#8221;-Brille und einen Volkswagen T3 Fastback von 1968 hatte, wusste H\u00e9l\u00e8ne sofort, dass aus dieser Rock&#8217;n&#8217;Roll Kollegin eine Freundin werden w\u00fcrde.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;50px&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;20344&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>CLAIRE.<\/h3>\n<p>Claire, unabh\u00e4ngige Grafikdesignerin und Art Direktorin, unterst\u00fctzt MeroMero im Bereich der Kommunikation. Organisation von Fotoshootings, Fotoretusche, Grafik und sogar Modeling&#8230; so viele Themen, die sie aus H\u00e9l\u00e8nes To do Liste entfernen konnte (und das war garnicht so einfach)! Bereits 2012 arbeitete H\u00e9l\u00e8ne mit Claire bei Patagonia Europe zusammen. In der Zwischenzeit war Claire Mitbegr\u00fcnderin der Marke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.les-hirondelles.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Les Hirondelles<\/a>, mit der wir unser B\u00fcro und Showroom teilten.
